Capital Steam Cleaners Company Profile
Domestic & Commercial Services Available in Wanneroo and Perth’s Northern Suburbs, WA
What goes in, CAN come out! That’s my motto. My name is Sean Thomas, owner of Capital Steam Cleaners, a Perth carpet cleaning company. I have been involved in the steam cleaning industry for many years now and this experience allows me the opportunity to tackle absolutely any job out there with the ability to come up nothing short of successful. In order to get the most respectable training, it all started with the Prochem National Academy for the Cleaning Industry at Prochem Europe Ltd, Chessington, Surrey, England. They are recognised as one of the world’s premier developers in cleaning solutions and technologies and therefore I felt it the perfect place to start. From there I have evolved on the job, training to become very experienced in every department of steam and dry cleaning and am able to tackle even the most difficult jobs.

A Bit About Us And How We Operate
We are based in Wanneroo, Perth, 6065, Western Australia. For all your carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile cleaning, rug cleaning, mattress cleaning and leather cleaning needs. Remember Capital Steam Cleaners take care of both Commercial and Domestic Cleaning and are capable of Professional Steam or Dry Cleaning. We recommend the most suitable procedure pending the composition and state of all material or carpet fibres involved in the clean but you still get to choose your preferred technique pending the situation you are in. Although a steam clean will more than likely be our recommended procedure due to it’s thorough abilities a dry clean does still have it’s benefits for some if done correctly. A dry clean as the title suggests will not take as long to dry and you can walk freely on it not long after the job is complete.
Our professional technicians will always discuss all the possible carpet cleaning procedures with you before the job commences. Although we are based in Wanneroo and prefer to work in the Northern Suburbs we are more than prepared to travel if we get the opportunity to do so. Because we are members of The Carpet Cleaning Association of WA if we are unable to take care of the job for you we will be than happy to assist you in passing you on to a fully trained member of the association. To become a member of the Carpet Cleaning Association you have to prove your expertise and abilities by passing the highest level qualifications in the industry. For these reasons you can be assured that whoever does the job for you in the end will be an adequate replacement. Real Estate know and recommend CCAWA members before anyone else because they are familiar with our capabilities and the reputation we have developed.
I do apologise upfront if anything you read on this website is perhaps slightly inaccurate or out of date and has not yet been addressed. Times will change, as do materials we work on, the techniques we enforce and the equipment we prefer to use. Although we make an effort to keep up to date with updating all these changes sometimes it can be difficult to address them all immediately. Thanks for your patience and understanding on this subject.
