I couldn’t recommend Capital Steam Cleaners highly enough! We engaged CJ to help with the carpets and flooring at our rental property, and the service from start to finish was absolutely exceptional. CJ assisted us with carpet decontamination, carpet removal, professional assessment and reporting, as well as tile cleaning, and was incredibly thorough every step of the way. His knowledge and attention to detail were outstanding, and the reporting he provided was extremely helpful in understanding the condition of the carpets and the work required. Communication was excellent throughout was reliable, responsive and always happy to explain everything clearly. Nothing felt rushed, and you could genuinely tell he takes pride in doing the job properly. The level of service we received was honestly some of the best we’ve experienced. CJ was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and went above and beyond to help us throughout the entire process. 5 stars without hesitation. CJ cleaned our carpets, rugs and chairs. Chairs, that were professionally cleaned before, looked brand new and removed old stains. CJ also restored our carpets and rugs to new after a year of wear and tear from two puppies. Cannot recommend him more highly. We have used other carpet cleaners but none as professional and helpful. Had CSC at my property to do 4 bedrooms and a lounge area , I've had other carpet cleaners at the property before and not 100% satisfied, I'm a firm believer you get what you paid for, and in this case, CSC was well worth every dollar, the attention to detail and friendly, professional service was great, carpets looked awesome.
