My name is Sean Thomas, owner of Capital, a restoration company in Perth, Western Australia. I have been involved in the restoration industry since 2003. This experience allows me the opportunity to tackle absolutely any job out there with the ability to come up nothing short of successful. It all started with the Prochem National Academy for the Cleaning Industry at Prochem Europe Ltd, Chessington, Surrey, England. They are recognised as one of the world’s premier developers in cleaning solutions and technologies. For this reason I felt it the perfect place to start. From there on I have evolved on the job, training to become very experienced in every department while branching out. We are certified by the global Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (better known as The IICRC). Our technicians adhere to the standards of the IICRC and are guided by these in all services we deal with. For this reason you can feel confident whether it’s water, mould, trauma, fire damage restoration or other work, you are dealing with a professional and skilled organisation. We will always be there to recommend the most suitable, most accurate procedures pending the job at hand.

Our professional technicians will always discuss the possible outcome with you before the job commences. Although we are based in Northern Suberbs and prefer to work as local as possible, we are more than prepared to travel if the request is to do so.
